Mackay World Service (MWS) is a single global point of contact for all marine electronic products and services.

Mackay World Service provides 24/7 service coordination via our “live-manned” technical teams on four (4) continents to ensure responsiveness to your service needs, wherever you are in the world.  Service can be arranged for any marine electronic equipment on your vessel; carried out by our factory-trained service technicians at Mackay’s 57+ wholly-owned locations or our extensive global network of 90+ authorized agents.

Mackay World Service (MWS) also quotes and manages vessel service under Mackay Service Contracts.  Request for Quotes (RFQs) for service, parts, equipment, and satellite airtime will be forwarded to the appropriate Mackay Communications departments to promptly address your needs.
