• US Coast Guard – Mackay VDR Service Approval Letter 2020 –  The USCG has certified 34 Mackay Marine locations as annual Voyage Data Recorder (VDR & S-VDR) inspection & service providers, to be conducted by VDR-trained Mackay marine technicians.

Shore Based Maintenance GMDSS Certification:  Mackay offers qualified customers a 5-year Shore Based Maintenance (SBM) Certificate for USD $150.00.  The SBM Contract may be expanded to cover the cost of the annual Radio Safety Survey (GMDSS Survey), raising the contract price to USD $1,630 (additional travel charges may apply).

Class Society Certification:  Mackay Marine is certified by every major class society in the world, including ABS, Bureau Veritas, China Class, Class NK, DNV/GL, ISO, Korean Register, Lloyds, and RINA  to-date.
