Mackay Marine do Brasil – Congratulations for 5th Year Anniversary and Achievements for Future Growth

Join us in celebrating Mackay Marine do Brasil’s 5^th Anniversary, after launching its country headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, November 2016.

Since opening, Mackay Brasil electronics sales and service offerings have proactively grown to meet the needs of Brazil’s diverse marine customer base, including merchant, oil & gas, workboat, mineral transport, passenger vessels, etc..

Mackay serves vessels at ALL Brazilian ports, initially from its Rio-base, and expanded by doubling its team, adding four newly staffed locations in Santos, Acu, Macae and northern port of Sao Luis (January 2022). 

Representing a wide range of leading and specialty nav/com brands, Mackay Brasil has achieved official Brazilian agent status for JRC & Furuno high-seas electronics and KVH satellite systems. Awarded Anatel license credentials has enabled Mackay to sell Inmarsat Fleet Xpress Airtime through the newly created Mackay do Brasil Telecom.

As with all Mackay’s 50+ global locations, Mackay do Brasil offers equipment and installation to new construction and vessel retrofit projects.  Our factory-trained field service teams provide on-demand repair and contractual planned annual inspection services, with a full array of spare parts to complete the task in a cost-effective and expeditious manner.
